These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the aec77 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services and customer support provided through aec77.vip. They apply to every visitor, registered account holder and player on the Platform. Where a specific promotion or game type has additional terms, those supplementary terms are incorporated by reference and, in the event of any conflict with these general T&C, the supplementary terms shall prevail in respect of that specific matter only.

aec77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. To open and maintain an account on aec77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. aec77 operates on a strict 21+ policy. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are using the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from aec77 or notified that your account has been closed for a breach of these T&C.
• You are acting in your own name, using a payment method registered in your own name, and are not acting on behalf of, or in collusion with, any other person.

aec77 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the time specified by aec77 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible player may hold one (1) account on aec77 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery and important account communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. aec77 will never ask for your password via SMS, email or telephone. Any request claiming to be from aec77 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

aec77 may at its discretion suspend, restrict or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these T&C, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity or is using the Platform in a manner that poses a risk to the Platform or to other players. In such cases, aec77 will investigate and, where appropriate, retain funds in the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

All monetary transactions on aec77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to a minimum of ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by aec77, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own legal name. aec77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in the player's name will be reversed and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day including public holidays observed in Bangladesh. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may extend to 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make at least one successful deposit on the account, unless an alternative method is specifically authorised by aec77 support following a verified request from the account holder.
• aec77 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documentation may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a recent mobile wallet statement confirming ownership of the registered payment method.

aec77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals to and from bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The Platform is not responsible for any transaction fees levied by the player's own payment provider. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

aec77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Eid. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's supplementary terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) stated in the applicable promotion. Until rollover conditions are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from wagering bonus funds are classified as non-withdrawable and will be forfeited if the account is closed before rollover is complete.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on aec77. Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information in live dealer games in an unsporting manner, or engage in match-fixing in sportsbook markets.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights in a significant way — aec77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date. These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law as applied to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.
